Emergency Resolution to Protect the Mueller Investigation

I will be proposing an emergency resolution to the Central Committee of the Multnomah County Democratic Party tonight, calling on our Congressional representatives to defend the Mueller investigation by any means necessary. As this resolution did not have time to go before the Platform and Resolutions committee, this resolution will be under new business and will require a four-fifths majority to pass.
