• Mitt Romney is pledging Tax Breaks And Competition as a replacement for Obamacare. In other words, his plan is that we all get the exact same bullshit we had before, complete with getting kicked off insurance when you get sick and not being able to buy insurance at any price if you have a pre-existing condition, in exchange for a tax cut. How brilliant. By which I mean, how pathetic.


• Pakistan is demanding an apology for blowing up their soldiers in a NATO attack. Without it, they won't let us supply our soldiers via their country. Which means supplies will cost three times as much to ship until we apologize.


• A relatively simple hack can make a drone believe it's in the wrong place. The applications of this hack are frightening.


• Good news in Ireland as 7,000 buggy electronic voting machines are set to be scrapped. Would that our own state governments followed suit.


• Palestinian girls - Christian and Muslim - playing soccer


• Google's tablet is getting rave reviews, and is being manufactured in the United States. Just FYI. (And yes, I'm a Google shareholder, so I have a bias.)
