SCOTUS upheld most of the health care law in a 5-4 decision, with Roberts joining Kegan, Sotomayor, Breyer and Ginsberg in the majority. Read more here.

Probably the only outcome I would have expected less is for Scalia to have voted to uphold the law as well.

EDIT Conservatives are now talking about moving to Canada to get away from Obamacare. I can't make this stuff up, folks.

In this case, I don't mind at all. I was actually rather anxiously thinking about what striking down this law would have meant for a lot of people I care about, including, possibly, myself.

I was a little shocked that the law will continue intact. Perhaps I'd been convinced by how the right wing media has push the narrative that they cannot be stopped. My wife is consoling her Teabagger friends in their hour of need.
