JEERS to SOPA AKA the Internet Censorship Bill. If you don't know what it is (and are wondering WTF is up with Wikipedia right now), here's a decent summary. And, if you're as horrified as I am about this bill, go here to write your Congresscritters in opposition. Go there right now. Yes, right now!
JEERS to the MPAA for claiming that the Internet blackout protests are an "abuse of power" that shows the need for SOPA. Dude...seriously?!? Don't you have some Hollywood autofellatio to attend, some awards ceremony or something, that will keep you from making stupid statements like this?
JEERS to Mexico's abortion laws. In a nutshell: it's illegal, and if it goes wrong, you (the woman who tried to obtain the abortion) will probably go to jail. Read about it here, and keep in mind that this is where Rick Santorum and the rest of the "pro-life" movement want to take us.
JEERS to the FDA for apparently wanting to limit this guy's services as a sperm donor. His claim to fame: he's a 36 year old virgin and the biological father of 14 kids. I could see it if the guy was running a scam, but from all appearances, he is not. So what's the problem?
CHEERS to Justin Raimondo! If you're tired of the incessant babble from the left about how dumb the GOP field is this year, Justin presents his critique from the noninterventionist right. As the video games used to say, "flawless!"
