maxomai- Congress is finally exhibiting some sanity with respect to Iran.
- Al Qaeda in Iraq is carving out its own state near Syria, which is exactly what Pakistan is afraid might happen to them.
- It's apparently contrary to a treaty that everyone signed in 1961 to legalize marijuana. That includes, of course, Uruguay. The United States would probably also be in violation of his treaty
- Any pretense that we aren't a de-facto plutocracy should be blown away by this Texas teenager's successful defense from vehicular homicide charges on the grounds that he was too rich to understand the consequences of his actions.
