IMO, Zimmerman is screwed. All the jury has to decide is that Zimmerman acted recklessly and that Martin died as a result. Which is, in fact, what Zimmerman is basically stating as his defense from second degree murder.
Here's hoping the wannabe Paul Kerseys out there pay attention.
