• SCOTUS has thrown out Virginia's blatantly unconstitutional anti-sodomy law. Again. If that mendacious, disingenuous, Christian supremacist asshole Ken Cuccinelli is really serious about protecting kids from sexual predators, how about changing the law to make it a felony to have sex with someone under the age of 18 in Virginia? Instead of trying to revive a law meant to beat up on gays and lesbians? This seems, you know, obvious.

Wisconsin Democrats recruit virtual nobody to run against Scott Walker.

The Wisconsin Democratic Party finally found someone to run against Scott Walker: a virtual nobody named Mary Burke. Her last campaign was for school board, and the last PPP poll has her down six points.

I loathe Governor Walker, but my best guess is that we're going to have to get used to his ass.
