I call bullshit. This story isn't sourced, there's no corroborating stories in the regular media, there's no announcements on Cantor's website, and even if any of those existed, this bill can still be revived later.

In a surprise move today, Representative Eric Cantor(R-VA) announced that he will stop all action on SOPA, effectively killing the bill.
